Depending on the complexity, our intent is to have the content posted online the same day it is provided. We recommend that you alert us before you send the content and we’ll make sure we schedule it in for the day you want to have it online.

No problem. We charge a $75 hourly fee if you require more time than you have in your plan. When a job is sent to us that is out of scope we will send you a quote for your approval before we proceed. This protects you from getting a SURPRISE invoice – not a situation we ever want to put you in.

“Content Support” means the creation of new content or updates to existing content on your website. This could be a new blog post, a news article, a new product, a new page, a new photo gallery, etc. Our team will review your content and confirm that it is optimized (images are resized and compressed for the web), is responsive to the various screen (mobile, desktop and tablet) environments, accessible to people with disabilities and has no spelling mistakes.

All of our plans include backups of your website. The site is backed up early every morning and backups are keeping for 7 days. If your site breaks due to a content update that was done we can restore the site to the way it was the previous day.
Do you offer a discount if I want to pay annually instead of monthly?Michael2020-12-29T17:18:58+00:00
Yes we do. If you pay for 1 year in advance, we will provide you with a 10% reduction in the total cost of the maintenance plan you select. If you decide to cancel within that year however, we will reimburse you for the unused months minus the 10% discount for the months used.

You are free to cancel your plan at any time – we have no intention of keeping you stuck in anything you don’t need or don’t want. Send us an email and we’ll proceed to cancel your next payments immediately.
