The eLearning Challenge
Bringing together the worlds of Science Fiction, Horror and Fantasy, Pixelera embarked on their own journey to provide this course to Algonquin College students.
In partnership with 4forward, we designed and developed innovative online learning support materials for this Speculative Fiction online course that included:
- Sections on Speculative Fiction in movies and books
- Materials on how to “Ace” the course
- Instructions on how to write a literary critique
- Examples of other students work
A richly designed e-learning course, it featured custom imagery and support materials, all designed to provide students with understanding and appreciation for speculative fiction (sci-fi, horror and fantasy, horror) and opportunity to develop and practice the skills necessary to critically analyze a range of selected works.
This project was it’s own journey through space and time!
